Children associated with the New Covenant Church in the Battery Factory Area of Monrovia at a recent weekly feeding due to the increased financial strain placed upon the community in light of the Covid-19 virus.
On his recent visit (Feb. 2020) Pastor Worrell was able to stop and visit with Corey and Molly Koon at Mother Blessing Orphanage were they serve. The Koon’s are from Charlotte, North Carolina. Corey is a Reformed Theological Seminary Charlotte graduate. A young man from Mother Blessing Orphanage is currently attending African Bible College and assists with the church planting effort that is ongoing in Karnplay.
God has been pleased to ‘enlarge the place of the tents’ (Isa. 54:2) of several of the congregations we are partnering with. Here is a picture of the New Covenant Church building expansion work that was completed in the late summer.
